The 2024 festival takes place on September 14, from 12PM to 7PM.

The festival is held at the Chan Centre for the Performing Arts, on the unceded, ancestral territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) People.

FRONT ENTRANCE AND ROSE GARDEN PARKADE ACCESSIBILITY NEEDS:

The Chan Centre is able to fully accommodate those with accessibility needs. When approaching the Chan Centre entrance from the top of the stairwell off of Main Mall, there is an elevator located on the east side of Flag Pole Plaza; adjacent of the main doors to the Chan Centre.

The same elevator connects to the Rose Garden Parkade, and a number of accessible parking stalls can be found on level five.

ASSISTED LISTENING DEVICES:

For inside the concert hall, Infrared Hearing System headsets are available free of charge for those who are hard of hearing.
